In line with Indigo’s expansion programme, we have an opening for an Application Support Analyst to provide support to the existing range of WMS products and future releases. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced support team during an exciting time of growth. The number of globally supported sites is on the increase and therefore the services and products we are looking to make available is expanding, resulting in an exciting opportunity for the right person.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and career minded candidate, looking to develop their skills in a supportive and structured environment or a coding enthusiast looking to enter the world of software development.

You will be working within an established support team in the UK and Asia, providing support collaboratively via various channels including the service portal, e-mail, telephone and the occasional customer onsite visit. You will own investigations through to completion and contribute to the exceptional customer experience Indigo Software provide.

The Duties

  • Serving as the first point of contact to the customer
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues whilst identifying trends
  • Fulfilment of Service and Change Requests
  • Working with the Development and Project teams to perform product testing & updates

The Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills & inquisitive mindset
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Demonstratable investigation ownership and problem-solving mentality

Desirables

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing environment
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, Ext JS JavaScript Framework, Java, RPG and Node.js
  • ITIL Qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Durham HQ

Reporting to: Support Manager (UK)

Working Pattern: Various covering 08:30 – 22:00 (Evening and OOH incentives available)
