COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Business Update

With the rapid development of the global novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Indigo is working diligently to reduce the risk to our employees, customers, partners and any other direct contacts while ensuring that our support and services continue without interruption. Using technology / online tools, we plan to continue business as usual, progressing towards planned milestones and providing you with ongoing support.

Our workforce is fully equipped with laptops, VPN access, and conferencing / collaboration tools to facilitate remote working. So, with immediate effect, the company will be encouraging staff to work remotely where possible and can ensure isolation if required.

To continue compliance with the social distancing measures set out by UK Government, all visits to and from clients and partners will be actively converted to video calls where possible. We will look to fulfil all our obligations to customers and where physical visits are required our teams will follow government guidance and aim to align with your own contingency plans to minimise impact wherever possible.

We are monitoring the situation daily and will adapt our recommendations, advice, and approaches as appropriate. Specific plans will be initiated at a local level around the world as we deem necessary.

In the event that COVID-19 cases emerge in our workforce, we will notify you immediately so that you are able to undertake the appropriate actions and measures necessary. We would require a similar response from you in the event of cases arising within your business.
