Gareth Peterson - Support Manager

Gareth Peterson is Support Manager for the Global Support Team at Indigo Software. His prime responsibility is to ensure the UK and Asia Pacific Support Teams provide first class customer support to our growing customer base. He is responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction is achieved across multiple contracts. Heh works closely with internal Indigo Software teams to design and implement ITIL aligned operational processes ensuring these are continuously improving and adhered to.

Gareth has a wealth of Service Management, Assurance and Technical experience having worked in various roles across Corporate, Education and Financial IT Sectors. Accumulating over 11 Years’ experience Gareth’s previous positions range from managing network and support teams to ITIL aligned service design and delivery. Gareth initially worked for BT Global before moving to Quilter Financial Planning, during this time he held roles including Operations Manager, Service Assurance Lead, Change Manager and Service Desk Manager. His most recent role prior to joining Indigo Software was a dual post as Problem Manager & Configuration Management at Quilter Group Technologies.
