Jacky Farrington - Global Customer Success Manager

Jacky Farrington joined Indigo in 2013 as Customer Service Representative, was promoted to Customer Relationship Manager in 2015 and took on the new role of Global Customer Success Manager in 2021.  Jacky provides a central point of contact to our customers requiring any information, assistance or support. 

Jacky has over 28 years’ experience in sales, business development, customer service and account management gained primarily at Tharsus Group as Sales Coordinator and Customer Relationship Coordinator and Account Manager at both Viglen IT and Synstar/Granada Computer Services.
