Indigo was started over 30 years ago by its founder and CEO, Peter McLane.
Since 1988, Indigo (formerly JBA North East) have focussed on Infor ERP System21, both as the leading UK Channel reseller and as a developer of packaged software to automate System21 through Barcode, RF and RFID technologies. In addition to Barcode automation, Indigo have substantially enriched the System21 Warehouse Management System to deliver Paperless Warehousing through enhanced task scheduling and resource management.
Based in Durham, England, Indigo place satisfied customers as their highest priority, recording 83% overall satisfaction in the autumn 2008 survey. This is achieved primarily through the 4 core values of the company, namely: Reliability, Integrity, Competence and Caring
These values govern the behaviour of Indigo and its entire staff and forms the commitment given to all clients.
Working in close partnership with Infor, Indigo now have over 100 System21 clients who are either fully supported for System21 or live with Indigo's Warehousing and automation solutions, namely RealTime for System21.
