Some of the friendliest people

Indigo were thrilled to receive accolades from their customers as part of a recent satisfaction survey.

Peter McLane, Indigo’s managing director, said “I believe these responses reflect the positive attitude our people adopt towards our values of reliability, integrity, competence and caring.

Customer Satisfaction is the most important measurement carried out within Indigo. We are committed to listening to our customers, and responding in a clear and appropriate way. This feedback tells us how well our customers think we are doing in listening and responding. An overall score of 80% tells us we are doing a lot of things right, but also gives us pointers to what we can do even better! Our aim is to improve this satisfaction rating this year.

Sharing the results is also important; it allows us to recognise achievements, whilst demonstrating our commitment to work openly on further improvements.” added Peter McLane.

Customers were asked to rate Indigo’s performance on twelve measures of satisfaction relating to products, service, support and an overall rating of the services provided. Indigo scored 80% overall.
