Indigo proud to report improved Customer Satisfaction

08 Apr 2008

Customer Satisfaction is heralded as the most important measurement within Indigo and for many years has been at the front of our priorities.

Indigo are proud to announce that Customer Satisfaction has risen over the last year to a new high of 82%.

Peter McLane, Indigo’s Managing Director, said “We are delighted with the result and the clear statement that Indigo are succeeding to maintain the focus on delivering quality products, projects, support and developments. I do believe that this is attributable to the attitude we adopt, which in turn is a reflection of the core values that Indigo live by, namely: Reliability, Integrity, Competence and Caring.”

“This feedback tells us how well our customers think we are listening and responding. An overall score of 82% tells us we are doing a lot of things right, but also gives us pointers to what we can do even better! Our aim is to improve this satisfaction rating during 2008!”

Indigo remain committed to providing a high quality service and delivering successful projects.
