We now have highly accurate, up to date information which has enabled us to make product to a sales order rather than for stock resulting in far less wastage and a reduction in the amount of raw materials that we need to store.

Customer Satisfaction remains paramount for Indigo

At Indigo we pride ourselves on delivering successful projects and most importantly keeping the satisfaction of our customers the most important priority within the organisation.
We are therefore delighted to announce that for the 3rd year in a row, Indigo have achieved an improvement in the overall satisfaction to a new high of 83%. The scoring against the core values of Reliability, Integrity, Competence and Caring are always taken most seriously within Indigo and we are delighted to report that Integrity reached a new high at 90%. During 2008, Indigo have delivered a number of successful projects and are delighted to receive comments about our work and customer relationships including :-

Much as we would wish that all the feedback is positive, we are keen to improve in areas that the survey highlights as requiring attention, these include the packaging of our software releases, product communications and a new helpdesk system forming the key initiatives for Indigo during 2009.
