Indigo Software enhance its Realtime team

As part of their ongoing RealTime for Sytem21 customer focused strategy, Indigo Software, a leading provider of warehouse automation products for Infor System 21 ERP software, has announced the appointment of a new member of staff to enhance its service in that arena.
Mark Wilkinson joins the projects and implementations team to look after RealTime for System21 customers in a project management and consultancy role.
Mark has 15 years experience of Supply Chain Management with varying levels of responsibility for Demand Planning, Purchasing, Production Planning and Warehousing and Distribution. These skills will be extremely valuable to our customers in the coming months and years.
Darren Baxter, Operations Manager, said “Mark’s previously held positions including Supply Chain Manager of Electrolux as well as other international manufacturers and medium sized Logistics Providers.
Mark’s worked closely with the Supply Chain development teams of companies such as B&Q, Argos and Braun-Oral B as well as meeting the challenges of daily logistics operations of the more traditional distribution networks.
This background allows him to really understand some of the day to day issues our customers are faced with and he will become a real asset to the business”.
Mark Wilkinson said: “I am still very new to indigo but from what I have seen in the last few weeks I have been impressed with the professionalism, ability and commitment of all personnel. I have already met a number of customers and I am looking forward to applying my experience to assist in continuing to improve our product and the individual processes of our customers”
Outside work, Mark spends his time on his two passions of family life and Newcastle United.
