Two New Support Consultants

Indigo Software are pleased to announce the recent recruitment of two new Support Consultants.
The new additions will allow us to increase the work undertaken within the Support team and help us to continue the excellent levels of business support that we have always given..
Danielle Healey
Danielle Healey joined us on 2nd April, having worked for 6 years for Northern Rock following graduation from Sunderland University.
Danielle’s roles have been very customer focused and her experiences with systems and processes to date have concentrated within the financial sector.
Danielle said “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to work at such a forward thinking company and eagerly anticipate the new challenges that come with it.”
Margaret Aksamit
Margaret Aksamit joined us on 16th April from Dickinson Dees, where she worked as an IT Application Support for legal, financial and Microsoft PC applications.
Prior to this Margaret had worked at FDS International in Newcastle, as well as a Computer Programmer for Amtech, having also graduated from Sunderland University.
Margaret said “I am delighted to have been given this opportunity to work for Indigo and am excited with the challenge my new role will bring.”
Both Danielle and Margaret are currently undertaking an intensive training program in Indigo systems to ensure they are up to speed on support calls as soon as possible.
