Realtime Warehousing extends System21's Warehousing module by providing a paper based, barcode assisted transactions.
The use of paper based instructions allows the structured introduction of each warehouse transaction to be seamlessly introduced in a low risk process, keeping the impact on the existing processes to an absolute minimum.
Users simply scan the documentation (Pick Notes, Replenishment Lists etc.) and follow simple, structured instructions enabling the process to be completed with the minimum of overhead whist providing the maximum amount of validation.
Authored and engineered to work only with System21, RealTime for System21 is delivered as additional System21 modules, not interfaced or integrated. This is achieved by being incorporated into the System21 database, being resident on the iSeries, developed to System21 standards, written in RPG/ILE, using System21 System Manger authorisation codes from Infor and being consistently compliant with all supported releases of System21.
Indigo's RealTime Warehousing provides a low entry cost product that builds on the existing foundations of System21 Warehousing and provides a platform on which to grow a truly point and click solution for warehouse operations.
It is not untypical to see a 12 to month Return on Investment, through increased stock accuracy, labour savings of between 15 and 35% and greater customer fulfilment of timeliness and accuracy.
RealTime Warehousing can be further enhanced through the adoption of Interactive Warehousing, RealTime Receiving and the RealTime Finished Items Receipts modules.
