Product Highlights
Interactive Warehousing extends the System21 Warehousing module by providing a paperless warehouse environment using hand held or truck mounted Radio Data Terminals for communication and completing of warehouse transactions. Interactive Warehousing operates as an electronic warehouse manager, controlling and managing tasks and resources in the warehouse for maximum efficiency and throughput.
Authored and engineered to work only with System21, RealTime for System21 is delivered as additional System21 modules, not interfaced or integrated. This is achieved by being incorporated into the System21 database, being resident on the iSeries, developed to System21 standards, written in RPG/ILE, using System21 System Manger authorisation codes from Infor and being consistently compliant with all supported releases of System21.
As Indigo’s flagship product, Interactive Warehousing has a proven track record of delivering between a 12 and 24 month Return on Investment, through increase in stock accuracy, labour savings of between 15 and 35% and greater customer fulfilment of timeliness and accuracy. Interactive Warehousing can be further enhanced through the adoption of the Perpetual Inventory module or the Marshalling module.
