RealTime Inventory transactions provide a fast and efficient method of recording stock receipts, Issues and transfers between System21 Stockrooms.

There is additionally the ability to record stock count information and update these records directly into System21 using all of the existing ABC classifications and processes.

Operators’ simply record the Item, any Lot combinations and then ultimately the quantity of the movement.

Radio Data Terminals (RDT’s) are used to record the transactions and this information is updated into System21 in real time.

RealTime Inventory automatically validates and records any bookings as required.

This module will substantially reduce or in many cases eradicate the need to manually record inventory movements and then update them in a back office environment.

RealTime Manager not only provides all of the above but is also provides the controlling software architecture for all of Indigo’s modules, providing a firm platform on which to update System21.

Menu Maker sits at the heart of all of the RDT transactions ensuring appropriate user authorisation settings are enabled and allows all of the user defaults and menus to be configured.

All of the System21 updates are ultimately processed by the Inventory Manager and as such it is a prerequisite to each and every Indigo Module.

Authored and engineered to work only with System21, RealTime Inventory for System21 is delivered as additional System21 modules, not interfaced or integrated. This is achieved by being incorporated into the System21 database, being resident on the iSeries, developed to System21 standards, written in RPG/ILE, using System21 System Manger authorisation codes from Infor and being consistently compliant with all supported releases of System21.
